Please join us for our Spring Parent’s Night The Montessori Language Program: Building Strong Readers Thursday, March 31 7:00 p.m. We will present an overview of the Montessori language curriculum for children 2.9 years through kindergarten. There will also be ample time for general questions about the Montessori philosophy. Feel free to come with all those questions you have always wanted answered. For some of you, this will be new information; however, for others, it may be information that you know well. . The evening is for adults and will begin promptly at 7:00p.m. with discussion. Christine Chapman has been helping families through the private school and college search and application process since 1989. In her private work with families, she believes her greatest strength is in connecting with students and guiding them through the process of successfully developing balanced college lists, setting goals and walking through the process from search to visits, essay writing and interview preparation right through to application submission and enrollment. After three years working in admissions and college counseling at an independent school, she is grateful to return to full time private practice and hopes to share her knowledge, expertise and skills with her local community. Back by Popular demand, the Hopkinton Running Club is offering their annual Spring Couch to 5K Training program, a 10 week plan which culminates with the goal of participants crossing the finish line at the Sharon Timlin 5K event on June 18th. Training takes place on Sundays beginning April 10th through June 12th, from 8:00-9:00 am at the Hopkinton Middle School Track.
